The consultation form opens your own email application. The website does not save the form to a site database. If you send the email, your name, email address, selected service and message are received in the business email account and used to answer your request, prepare a requested service, and maintain necessary business records.

Do not submit unnecessary identity, financial, medical or highly sensitive information through ordinary email. Birth details, floor plans, addresses or other consultation materials should only be provided when relevant to a service you request.

Vercel hosts the website and may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp and diagnostic logs. This technical processing may take place outside Quebec.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags remain off until you choose the relevant optional category. If accepted, Google may process device, browser, page, interaction, approximate location and advertising interaction information to provide aggregated analytics or advertising measurement. Google processing may take place outside Quebec and Canada.

• Analytics: measures visits, pages and site interactions.
• Advertising measurement: measures whether an ad interaction led to a valuable site action.
• Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent access to the website or consultation information.

The site stores your privacy choice in local storage. If optional Google measurement is accepted, Google may set identifiers such as _ga, _ga_* or _gcl_au. Availability and duration depend on the selected category and Google configuration. You can change your choice at any time through Privacy choices in the footer and can also clear cookies in your browser.

Information is used only for the stated purposes, service administration, security, required records and legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be handled by service providers such as Google, Vercel and the business email provider only as needed for their services.

Personal information is kept only as long as necessary for the request, service, security, accounting or legal purpose, then deleted or anonymized as appropriate. You may ask for information about the current retention practice.

You may reject optional tracking, change your tracking choice, withdraw consent where applicable, and ask to access or correct personal information held by the business. A request may require reasonable identity verification. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or another applicable privacy regulator.
