Start with the real situation
Career confusion rarely feels abstract to the client. It feels like a choice between security and independence, visibility and privacy, management and craft, steady salary and project income. A BaZi reading is useful only if it can translate the chart into that real work tension.
Career reading in BaZi is not an industry lookup table. The practitioner looks at how the chart produces value: through credentials, expression, management, sales, systems, risk, service, or independent initiative.
What a practitioner actually checks
- Which ten-god route does the chart use: resource, output, wealth, authority, peer, or a sequence among them?
- Does the person handle pressure from rules, clients, visibility, competition, or uncertainty?
- Does the current luck cycle support transition, consolidation, study, management, entrepreneurship, or caution?
How it becomes advice
- Translate chart functions into work conditions: stable institution, project work, consulting, operations, creative output, sales, or technical specialization.
- Separate long-term suitability from short-term timing so clients do not quit or start something based on a single phrase.
What the client can use
The client receives a decision framework for work style, not a simplistic list of lucky industries.
Professional boundary
This is educational consultation content. It can support observation, planning, and decision clarity, but it does not replace medical, legal, financial, engineering, psychological, or licensed professional advice.
